Yes this is a passenger on the back of a vibrantly colored taxi van. Greg said that when they get full, people get on the back, sides and even the top of the vehicles. I am going out on a limb and guessing they don't really have a seatbelt law!!
All the way on the left is another mode of transportation I guess. I am wondering if they have a posted speed limit for the donkey pulled cart!! Also guessing there is no seatbelt involved there!!
My sister has been begging for a photo of a camel!! Here is the best option so far. I am pretty sure her request if for Greg to be riding one. Since I don't think that will happen, here you go Trish!! The camel!!
This is Greg with his coworker from New York and two of the people he is working with in Pakistan! He said they are really nice and do a pretty good job with English!! I am sure no matter what, they are better at English than he is with whatever their language is!!
This is how most of the trucks and vans are "painted" over there. Greg is not sure why they are painted this way or if it is some other reason they are this way. I would hope someone wouldn't go to so much effort to paint all that!!! It is quite interesting!!I will continue to post any photos I get from Greg. He doesn't always know for sure what the photos are or why things are that way but finds things interesting and sends them on to me!! Life is always an adventure!!
